Taco Sauce

I was trying to recreate Taco Bells taco sauce, while not quite the same, it is similar and still taste great.

What type pepper you use depends on how hot this will be. If you dont want any heat add half of a seeded Anaheim pepper.  Jalapenos will  make it somewhat spicy and serranos and a little hotter and then if you want it super spicy use a habanero. Most of the heat is in the seeds, so leave them out for a milder sauce.

1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/8 tsp. paprikas
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 /8 - 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp dehydrated onions
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 pepper, chopped fine
2 tsp. parsely
Salt to taste (I didn't end up needing any)

Combine all in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over quesadillas, nachos, other Mexican food, as the sauce on Tex-Mex Pizza, over chicken or eggs, or just with chips.
